About the Artists: He has recently released a new album, "Believe," produced by Canyon recording artist and producer, Peter Phippen. Additional CD tracks will feature performances by, Curtis "Sweet Curtis Brown" Waterman (Corn Bread) on "Fat Cats" and Chief Kevin Brown (Pamunkey Tribe/Virginia) on "Mountain Top Removal." "My music has always been a reflection of where I stand on certain issues, what I have learned, been through, and healed from 'Believe' is just that. One of the most important things I've learned so far on my journey is to believe. That may sound overly simplistic, however, if we don't believe, we don't have hope,without hope, no dreams for today or the future. May we all believe," says Michael Bucher. Wind Spirit Drum (Lenape/Mic-Mac/Cherokee) a husband-and-wife duo who share their Eastern Woodland Native American culture and music through their flute and drum performance art. They perform traditional songs and stories in language and English. Windwalker, of Lenape, Mic-Mac and Cherokee decent, is the group's flutist and vocalist. Spirit Buffalo, of Mic-Mac and Cherokee heritage, is the group's resolute drummer. The couple's daughter, Anagqus, dances traditional Cherokee dances. Ancient Winds is the highly anticipated followup CD recording of traditional Cherokee, Lenape, and Mic Mac songs performed in their original language and music. "Grandfather," an original score by Terry Evans, features vocals perform by Windwalker. Recorded and engineered by Jono Manson at Kitchen Sink Recording Studios in Chupadero, New Mexico, and Martin Meyer, Great Sky Studios, Hot Springs, in 2009. The new CD also features musical bonus tracks; "Flute For Wild Mustangs, Part 1 - 3", a flute performance by Windwalker and is featured in the new Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary documentary, "Imagine A Place."
